Forme longtemps une seule propriété avec la demeure voisine (manoir de Kerdro). Logis ouest daté 1868 remanié. Propriété du peintre Ladislas Slewinski entre 1900 et 1904 qui rajoute, au nord, un atelier aujourd'hui remanié. Le logis est probablement construit vers 1920 pour Louis Rivière, industriel de Quimperlé.
