La villa, de plan carré, probablement construite en ciment, est bâtie en front de mer, avec l'élévation principale à avant corps en pignon. Un cartouche circulaire en plâtre (?) mouluré porte l'inscription "L. Dutartre, architecte, Lorient". Intérieur non vu.
